i have put have put in arequest for a refund, as there was issues with the accommodation i did ask to uprade asi didnt like the toom i was told i would have to pay full for another room both body wash and conditioner was ner on was empyy i had another person walking into our room, authey "obviously been allocated the wrong room, lastly was awake by 4am, as the blinds created no blockout

Wasn’t happy with the room. Too small. No cooking facilities, only a microwave, no balcony. Not sure what room to book to have these facilities. Stay so often throughout each year. No daily room service.

Adequate for overnight.
Basic motor in with adequate facilities. Was very noisy as our room looked over the carpark. There was also a security light that kept switching on and off and lit up the room ( curtains not adequate to block out). Good that they had 24hr reception as my daughters flight was delayed and she arrived after midnight. Ok for an overnight but wouldn’t stay longer.

Accommodating and friendly.
Staff very accommodating. We weren’t able to connect with them for the free ride from the airport and had to take a cab. To help make up for that they upgraded our room. Beautiful large room with spa and balcony. Clean, nice amenities. They don’t have a restaurant but recommended one near that was excellent. Highly recommend.

This hotel is in an excellent location, halfway between the Perth airport and Perth city. Great public transport options. The check-in lobby is spacious and functional. The staff there were very helpful and accommodating. The complex was easy to get to our room. The room was spacious and clean. Great view from the large window. Kitchenette had everything that we needed for light meals. Only issue is that the bathroom looked a bit tied. It could do with a modern refresh. Overall, a good place for a stopover in Perth.
