Check in was painfully slow, staff did not appear to be well trained.
We ate in the Tap Room for late lunch and the food and service there was quite good. Room service only available between 7.00am - 10am and 5pm - 8.30pm.
You could smell the smoke from people smoking on balcony below in our room which was extremely disappointing.

Enjoyed our stay at Joondalup Resort lovely surrounding ground great restaurants rooms are comfortable

This is a great place for a holiday, as it is close to shopping and has excellent facilities onsite. The golf course is beautiful, and the staff services are outstanding.
