Check in was made eazy . Very good costumer service from Prince. The downfall was the Cost of the breakfast. Way over priced

Staff member walked into you room without knocking , and the shower leaked causing me to slip and hurt my elbow . When told about the incident they weren't to concerned or apologetic.

Shower tiles where mould or dirt in grout, traffic noise alot hard to sleep, bed was terrible , a/c noisey and rattles, no evening dining only room service available at extra cost I have stopped at alot of motels this would have to be the worst and yes I will tell everyone I know not to book at the Metro Hotel.

Did not sleep all night as the elevator was next door and was very loud and constantly in use
