Publié le 11 août 2019 sur HotelsBon séjour avec localisation permettant d aller en ville à pieds en 10 à 15 min, d accéder à King s park en 10 min à pieds par un escalier tout proche de l hôtel . En revanche, réception 24/24 et malgré notre message prévenant que notre arrivée serait entre 3 et 4h du matin, impossible d avoir réponse à la sonnette de la réception verrouillée....il a fallu appeler et attendre et payer ensuite en pleine nuit avant l accès à notre lit après 20h de vol! Néanmoins, bon rapport qualité prix.

Bon hôtel bien situé
Publié le 1 sept. 2016 sur HotelsNous avons passé une nuit dans cet appart hôtel en famille avant de rejoindre l'Europe parfait pour visiter la ville car proche du centre, des quais et du parc.
Bon service et bon petit déjeuner.

Great overnight family stay
Publié le 28 juill. 2024 sur HotelsCheck in was super easy and desk staff were really helpful and informative. 24 hour check in was really helpful with the flexibility we needed. The two bedroom apartment was great for our family with everything we needed for our overnight stay. Our only challenge was the parking, we were assigned a larger space to park our 4WD but the other 2 cars in the section had parked poorly so we really needed to squeeze into the space.

Really happy with the services the staff were very adaptable letting us check in early and allowing us to leave our car in the carpark after checking out, nothing was an issue, made our weekend.

Excellent customer service at reception. We arrived a little earlier than checkin as we had an event to attend at the convention centre nearby. Checkin was expediated for us, which was much appreciated as we had a car and luggage to drop before event. The gentleman at reception was amazing. His welcoming persona and directions for carparking and our apartment were easy and well explained. We cant fault the amazing accomodation and service. 5 stars! Thankyou
