Belle chambre, belle vue mais ...

Pour : la vue : mais attention toutes les chambres n'ont pas la vue sur la Marina la chambre , bien équipée
Contre : l'accueil contrôle du ménage,
Emplacement : très calme, nécessite une voiture
Belle chambre, belle vue mais nous avons été déçus par : - un accueil froid, pas chaleureux - une demande de 10$ supplémentaire pour le Wifi , avec un Internet très lent - la propreté : terrasse non nettoyée - pas de bonde pour fermer la baignoire : nous n'avons pas pu prendre de bain

Notre véhicule étant coincé en douane nous avons séjourné 10 jours au Pier 21 ...la vue sur la rivière est de loin ce qu'il y a de mieux dans cet hôtel.Oubliez les piscines qui sont des bains de pieds. Le personnel est très pro et serviable . Les petits déjeuners sont chers et corrects mais sans plus . Les salles de bain sont minuscules et aucune place pour poser les produits de toilette. Le séjour est tout de même plaisant même si une voiture est indispensable , l'hôtel étant loin de tout

It is very scenic, with a view of the Swan River. It's right next to the marina. It's a beautiful neighbourhood. We loved driving across the bridge to dine frequently at DOME restaurant. People working at property are nice and friendly. Overall a lovely stay.

Just one, i dont mind coming back again and again. Feels like home. The view , the comfort. Just book once ,you will know what i am talking about.

Hotel has a scenic location on the Swan river but there are no close by restaurants for lunches and dinners. They serve breakfast only which was good. We also suffered a 4 hour power blackout so spent one afternoon and evening in a pub.

The power outage was unfortunate and did affect the three surrounding suburbs as well as our own, and glad you were able to find somewhere to relax whilst Western Power worked to restore power to our neighbourhood.There are some great little spots just up over on Queen Victoria Street, which is just a short walk away and of course the plethora of offerings over the bridge in Fremantle.We hope to have an opportunity to welcome you back for a more enjoyable stay in the future.Best regardsFleur JubbGeneral Manager

The location is lovely, we also had a pretty view of the river from our balcony, which was great! Our room was sparsely furnished, with a small and rather uncomfortable bed, old / worn leather sofa and bare basic amenities. At night, we found it noisy and at times I felt a little unsafe with people talking right outside our window. We also were not able to find a parking onsite for the majority of the time due to limited bays. Overall, ok. Probably won’t race back but not wildly unhappy.
