Everything was good about this property besides the communication. I emailed them shortly after I checked out, explaining I accidentally left a bottle of wine in the fridge. I was hoping I could recollect it at a later date. I emailed the hotel and they never got back to me.

The first room we were offered had clearly had someone smoking previously
The staff were accommodating and changed the room for us, delt with professionally
Otherwise nice modern 1 bedroom apartment 15mins walk to CBD

Great hotel, lovely friendly staff and nice and clean.
The only down side is no parking, the car park they offer is about a 10 minute walk away and in our case it was raining also no set down area was available to unload luggage prior to dropping the car off or at check out.

Good spot nice and quiet room was nice but TV channels were NOT working at all not connecting including the Foxtel channels No Netflix working or any of the other options! Kingsize Bed?? Two king singles pushed together REALLY!! I couldn’t believe it considering the main reason I booked here was for a Kingsize Bed!!Pretty sure that’s false advertising and I am NOT IMPRESSED!!

A little misleading claiming parking was available. It was a 10 min walk in a paid multi story car park.
No gold member exclusive benefits (bottle of bubbly) provided.
Rooms and staff were very good.
