Un très bel hébergement, bien équipé avec kitchenette. Belle chambre avec balcon donnant sur la petite rue de côté, plutôt calme. Très bon accueil de Steve.

The location of Rialto Suites is really convenient. Found the written directions a bit long but if you have GPS and put in 7 Henry Street (as per instructions) no problem at all. The pictures for check-in helped a lot. We had some minor problems with an electronic key but our late call was answered promptly. Monica turned up in the morning as promised to sort the issue. The suite had all we needed for our short stay.

Perfect! The location and facilities are really good. It is in the center of Fremantle, but it is a quiet area, and there is a separate parking lot (20 dollars per car), so it is easy to access. The exterior is a beautiful traditional building, but the inside was spacious and the facilities were newly remodeled, so everything was new and clean. Kitchen utensils are also provided. Special thanks to Steve for his kind help in making my stay comfortable.

Fabulous place, central to everything, very quiet and clean. Car parking available. Walking distance to everything Fremantle offers.

Long weekend in Freo

Great location, some aspects of the room were a bit dated e.g. shower, but plenty of space to relax and close to everything.

Edmund,I am unsure of what you are referring to - the Studio is less than ONE year old and the shower is a large modern frameless shower almost 2 metre x 1 metre in size?!- dated is hardly the description that would come to mind.Regards,SteveRIALTO

We stayed 2 nights and I didn’t like the fact that we didn’t have a working shower in our room the first day. We were upgraded the second day because that was the room available (but apparently that was compensation) and this room had no curtains on the window, so rise and shine first thing Sunday morning as soon as the sun comes up.🙄

Mary,The fact is - the shower was working, but the modern shower head has a control switch on it to regulate the flow and it was in the 'OFF' position! I believe your husband is a builder! so I'm surprised he did not suss out the reason the shower was not flowing!If you recall correctly you were offered an alternate room to use for showering (next door) but you refused the offer. The next day the manager upgraded you to a more expensive balcony suite, approved your request for a late check out and gave you a bottle of wine to 'compensate' you for the inconvenience you suffered.The balcony suite has louvered shutters on the window which block 90% of light from the room. Again I apologise if this caused you distress.Regards,Steve Rialto Suites
