Not bad but smaller than it seems

The apartment is a lot smaller than it appears on the pictures. It needs renovating as it is getting worn out and old but remains ok. Not all the windows open (kids room window cannot be opened and the same goes for the bathroom. The lighting is insufficient. This said, the property, outside the apartment is great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Residence provided free Internet is way too slow and unstable, make sure you get a data enabled SIM

super emplacement pour ce studio

Pour : l 'emplacement est très bien (marche resto vu)
Contre : un peu vieillot mais propre
Emplacement : nous sommes allés au resto écouté de la musique et nous nous sommes promenés sans prendre la voiture.
c'était très bien placé pour tout même en voiture dommage ce coté vieillot une petite peinture avec des meubles plus neuf serait le top.

The best thing about this property is its location. Very walkable to dining, shopping, etc. The rooms are nice enough although bathrooms are dated and small. The cleanliness wasn’t the greatest. Lots of dust on surfaces and the bathroom had hairs in the sink and on towels.

No assistance offered to upgrade room and i had to insist on speaking to a manager. The couch uncomfortable, tbe bed hard on my back, the view was amazing Parking issue When i asked if there was dining options theg could recommend via a in room information pamphlet i was told there was nothing hiw hard is this? Then i found vouchers for various restaurants around the place hidden in the key pouch Communication needs to be improved. What kind of property sticks a traffic cone in a parking spot with a disabled sticker on it and refuses to remove it for my wife who does have a disability?

Dear Chris,I am disappointed to hear you feel you were not assisted with the room upgrade. My recollection is that your phone call was passed to me (FOM) to check for availability and we upgraded your booking to a suite in the river wing at a discounted rate. We had a lengthy discussion regarding the number of restaurants in the area which I named and that they are walking distance from The Peninsula. Also mentioned was the 20 voucher to Mr Walker. It is a shame your check in at the desk had issues and we have noted your comments on this. I'm happy to hear you enjoyed the view and hope you had a lovely evening out for your wife's birthday.

Pro: Great location with lots of car park. Con’s: Booked for a family room with 2 beds for the 2nd room but instead got 1 single bed in the second bedroom. Sofa bed was not clean and has no sheets.
