Well located and the rooms are spacious. That said, noise is a major issue and sleep quality is extremely bad. During our stay we were woken up numerous times by loud guests (usually 10-20ppl or more) from weddings or functions at 12/1am - inclusive of guests using the pool (which supposedly closes at sunset). Speaking to the hotel, it appears not much can be done to mitigate the noise aside from an apology the morning after.

The TV didn't work on arrival. Lots of the food options weren't available for in-room dining. They forgot my drink on the room service order and the bathroom sink was full of hairs that were clearly from the previous guests shaving!

A great place to stay.

What a wonderful 2 night stay my wife and I had. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. We received a complimentary bottle of champagne as we were getting married during our stay. The breakfast was awesome and bar service superb. With the staff very helpful. A well situated hotel close to where we wanted. Clean and well worth the money. I will be staying there again soon and recommend it for couples and families as the pool is excellent.

We stayed here for one night and after travelling for a full day from another time zone were keen to get a good rest. There was a function going on metres from our room.It was so loud inside our room we couldn't watch tv, or talk or go to sleep. The noise level was appalling and went for hours. Whilst the function finished at 10pm, we had no ability to relax, wind down or have an early night. It would be prudent for the property to make people aware they hold functions in an area close to every room, due to the setup, and that these may include loud music and hundreds of people blocking hallways and the one small lift. To charge nearly $500 for a night without this warning is really misleading.
