Very nice hotel room. Well cleaned and no issues with loud neighboring rooms. Everyone was kind to me and my dog.

Rude check in clerk

Clerk was on the phone and didn’t acknowledge me. I had to say something to her twice (as she stared at me) before she took her earbud out.

Overpriced and Very dirty+dated

For the price of this facility, I expected much more. The hotel overall is dated and feels worn out. The front desk clerk was very friendly, but the room was NASTY. First walking into the room (in July), the AC was off and the window was open (the screen was ripped, allowing for bugs to get in). Trash was left on the floor, grime in the corners of the bathroom, the nightstand had sticky residue on the drawer as well as on the floor beside it. The toilet bowl was yellow on the inside and the shower had buildup on every fixture. I would NOT recommend staying here and I will not be back.

Enjoyed our stay.

We left a hotel in Indianapolis that we were barely tolerating to get closer to ballpark in Kokomo. Best Western Circus City Inn. Front Desk was friendly and helpful with information about eating and things to do in the area, along with a little bit of history about the town. Breakfast was also good and not exactly the same every day.

Everything was great with this property! The staff was extremely nice and it was very clean. The breakfast was also good. The only issue was the loudness of the upstairs person. It sounded like they were moving furniture across the room all night.
