the desk person was very friendly and personable hotel was beautifully kept breakfast and the room was clean--breakfast good and the lady doing breakfast was very nice very pleased all around

Stay was comfortable and checkin was friendly and fast. Elevator very slow and had to wait a while which was annoying when leaving and needing to get to a meeting.

The hotel was very well maintained in terms of cleanliness and construction. The rooms was clean and fresh. The only thing that was a drawback was the noise that came from the upstairs room's bathroom when they flushed. It was a vivid noise and felt like someone flushing in your bathroom.

No more Fairfield for me.

The bed was very bad. It should have been replaced long ago. I was shocked to learn there was not room service every day. I find that fact posted nowhere. It’s straight inflation-same price, less service.
