Situation dans le centre historique idéale, vous ferez tout à pied (courses, shopping, restaurants, concerts…). Appartement tout confort à la décoration personnalisée et chaleureuse. Accès par un escalier très facile. Climatisation et Wi-Fi. Superbe vue sur la vieille ville. Parking payant (maximum 17€ la journée) très proche. Parking gratuit dans la rue du parking… avec un peu de chance. Et des propriétaires très sympathiques!

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment, very clean and nicely decorated, close to shopping and restaurants. The location was great for exploring the city.

Amazing Stay

Veronica was an incredible. The checkin was clear a d smooth. The place was clean, well decorated, and outstanding views. Communication was great. Veronica provided wonderful recommendations for both restaurants and must see sites. Couldn’t br gappy with our stay!!

Terrific Location

Apartment is funky, whimsical decor that we loved. Owner was very helpful with restaurants and it is 5 minute walk from the city center. Do be aware that it is a strong uphill climb from the nearest parking and that the steps to the unit are steep. It was extremely helpful to have the use of a washer and dryer for a mid trip clothing refresh. Because we are spoiled Americans, we found the unit quite warm and the downside of the central location was street noise at night. We’d rent again. Very comfortable unit.

Clean, comfortable and convenient.

The apartment was spacious with fabulous views. The furnishings were funky fun with all the amenities one might need. Veronica was very helpful in getting us situated and provided good information on restaurants, etc. The location could not have been better, a few hundred meters from the main plaza. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will certainly recommend it to anyone visiting Perugia.

Perugia Getaway!

We had a great time staying at this apartment which is very centrally located in the old town of Perugia. There are many restaurants/cafes as all the tourist attractions nearby. Parking is not free, but there is a public lot right down the hill that is easy to access (and doesn't require driving through the narrow city streets!). The host did a fantastic job checking-in on us and helped us find the apartment over the phone, as we found it challenging to find the right door! I would definitely recommend this apartment for any couple or family visiting Umbria. The accommodations were great and we really enjoyed our stay!

Perugia Central with a view

Excellent accomodation for two people located in the centre of town. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Artistically decorated but very functional. Only metres from Il Duomo and other main attractions with excellent restaurants within 100 metres in either direction. A very pleasant experience.

Wohnung mit Flair

individuell eingerichtete Wohnung mit hervorragender Lage und Aussicht . Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und alles vorhanden , was für einen längeren Aufenthalt erforderlich ist . Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und einladend. Wenn wieder Perugia , dann wieder hier !

In pieno centro

L'appartamento è spazioso, arredato in modo creativo e ben attrezzato (lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, phon, ecc...). La vista dalla finestra del soggiorno è incantevole. E' a due passi dal Palazzo dei Priori, quindi centralissimo. Nei pressi ottimi ristoranti. Attenzione: è nella Zona a Traffico Limitato, il parcheggio vicino a casa è quasi impossibile e le due rampe di scale dentro l'edificio sono un po' ripide, ma la cosa è comprensibile visto che il palazzo è antico. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e gentili, la chat via Whatsapp ci è stata davvero utile!

Simply Fantastic!

This is a wonderful and very original apartment in the midst of old town Perugia. Marc and Veronika very gracious hosts making our stay as pleasant as possible, all via “whats-up”. We would recommend this location and place without hesitation and limitations.
