Wonderful Stay

Marco was a joy to deal with and would definitely recommend this lovely spot to anyone!!! Thank you Marco.

Location and Comfort
Publié le 12 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayWe loved our stay here. The apartment is on the fourth floor and is spacious and filled with light. It has a wonderful terrace on three sides and we enjoyed our morning coffee watching the activity in the neighborhood. The kitchen was large and well equipped for our needs. The beds were very comfortable and there was excellent water pressure in the main shower (we did not use the other). The location was perfect with everything you could possibly need right outside your door. We had our car on this trip but did not use it once during our week long stay. We were able to double park in front of the building to unload our bags. We found the parking lot to be very convenient; it is an easy 5 minute walk and extremely reasonable (less than $5 a day). The only negative for us is that the heating is controlled by the building and we found it to be too warm. We would definitely recommend this apartment and will be back again. Thank you, Marco!

Great location
Publié le 14 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayLoved this location. Grocery store on the same block, walking distance to everything. Parking far and not super accessible, especially if you are not physically mobile. Apartment is beautiful and large. Loved being close to the beach.

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately the description regarding the parking is not translated into any other language, only in Italian, it says that the parking is 5 minute walk from the apartment.

Absolutely Beautiful!!!
Publié le 9 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayThis place is beautiful! Pictures don’t do it justice. Grocery store just a 1/2 block away. The owner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful! He made reservations for us at a restaurant and recommended places for us to eat. If we had a question he got right back to us.
I would definitely recommend this place and would return for another visit!
