We were not thrilled to learn of the unnecessary parking charge expected of guests for leaving a vehicle overnight. Anyone else, yes, but not paying guests.
A member of bar staff was extremely slow and made the worse tasting hot chocolate but i was already in my room before realising how horrible it was.
Reception staff were lovely and polite and very accommodating for my excessive tea drinking. The noise from roof fans outside our window was loud.
There weren't any spare pillows in the room just duvets.
The parking charge is seriously making us reconsider returning for our annual trip to this hotel.

Hotel room was very clean and comfortable perfect for our overnight stay. Breakfast had a good choice and well cooked and prepared. Only thing i was disappointed with was parking £15 even though im a blue badge holder.

Needed help with my luggage when I checked in but none was offered. Breakfast options were good
