Hotel ancien, plein de charme.
Personnel très agréable.
Douche un peu sommaire par rapport aux normes actuelles.

Publié le 26 sept. 2024 sur HotelsWhen I arrived to the hotel to checkin the male receptionist was clearly having a bad day, did not provide me any information about my stay. I had to ask for basic information like where was the lift (that does not exists) and the direction to my room. For my surprise my key card also didn’t work and I had to go down and ask for a new card, again the same receptionist didn’t apologize for the inconvenience and again very dry. The corridors had a strong smell of fresh paint and my room had a very strong smell, I am not sure where it came from, maybe it was the old carpet or something else but was definitely unpleasant. I had to take a pill for allergies as my skin started to flare up .

Peterborough is now a rough neighborhood but the hotel is an oasis in that urban desert. Recommended
