St Olaf location was great for golf. Short walk to Cruden Bay clubhouse. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly.

One of the best hotel stays we've ever had!
An absolutely beautiful stay! The owners of the hotel instantly make you feel welcome and at home. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and the rooms are clean, spacious and quiet. The food in the restaurant was perfectly cooked, wether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. I can't say enough good things about our stay. We will recommend this hotel to everyone we know. We are thankful to the hotel for their hospitality which went above and beyond. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect location to play Cruden Bay Golf Club. Owners were genuinely wonderful hosts and people. They couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay!

Nice place to stay for golfers playing Cruden Bay/St. Olaf. Very convenient and you can see part of the course from the hotel.

The room was clean and had a great view. Dinner and breakfast was delicious. It was close the golf club, hiking trail, and it has a pub. Stewart and his wife are great hosts.

Very welcoming host, we had an extremely early start to day after our stay and as a result Alison made us a packed lunch. A lovely very kind touch, overall the stay was fab at a great price.

Easy check and comfortable, homely, hotel. Quiet with good food. Short walk to Kilmarnock Arms Hotel where Bram Stoker wrote initial short stories that lead to Dracula... Bay is stunning, short walk across cliff for closer look at Slains Castle
