Bait and Switch

We were notified 10 min before leaving that there was a mix up in reservation. We had to be put elsewhere or cancel. A total bait and switch scheme. Dirty, couldn't even use one of the beds. Just awful. If this is an example of what VRBO has for property "landlords" VRBO is not doing their follow up well. I am fearful of using VRBO again
