We checked in at 9:00pm. The sign was not lit up and we drove by twice. Our code did not work to enter our room. I called the number on our contact list and the person immediately apologized and reset it. But this did not make for a good first impression. The room was very clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable. The linens and towels were fluffy and new. The shower had both a hand held and overhead shower head. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash all good. As mentioned by the hotel the walls are thin and you hear talking, walking and doors. Without the initial glitches I would recommend this room for amenities,location, view of water across the street,and price.

Found my necklace that I left and they have it in the lost and found. They also allowed a early check in which we really needed.

Was expecting a pool at the facility and inside hot tubs heat element was exposed in the bathroom and cut my foot one it heat shield was missing landscaping was in need of maintenance and noise level was terrible

It was a great place remodeled and super cute. Plenty of room, hot tub was nice and clean. Minutes from stores with a great view of the Bay, will definitely remember this place for future visits.

It was a quaint little cottage with the studio on the back side of it. It had its own entrance and way to get to the big porch that overlooked the lake. No complaints. I gave a 4 for staff because I never saw anyone not that they didnt do something. They answered all my questions very quickly and politely.
