Boyne Mountain, Disciples Village Condo - Steps To Boyneland Run

Welcome to our beautiful Boyne Mountain home! Our condo just steps away from the Boyneland run, which allows you to pop on your skis and go directly to the main high-speed lift, and it is serviced from opening to closing (including night skiing!).

We offer both the upper-level unit that includes 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as our owner's lower unit that offers an additional bedroom and bathroom (including a full living area, a murphy/cabinet queen bed, a pull-out couch, and a full kitchen).

The Upper owner's unit is listed separately on VRBO #2067349. Both units can be combined to accommodate larger groups (up to 16 for the combined units).

UPPER UNIT #2067349:

* The Master Bedroom features a king-size bed, private deck and includes an attached master bathroom with shower/Jacuzzi tub

*The guest room includes two queen size beds and is adjacent to the full bathroom.

*The enclosed loft in this unit includes two queen size beds and a private full bathroom.

*The family room area includes a fireplace, 50-inch flat-screen television with DVD player, a sofa sleeper, and access to the covered deck.

*The kitchen in this unit includes everything you need to cook a great meal or snack during your stay.

LOWER UNIT:

This is the owner's unit and can be included with or separated from the upper unit (via a secure interior stairwell). We are currently offering our owner's unit accompanied by the upper unit to accommodate larger groups.

*The lower unit features a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed.

*There is a full bath with a shower and a large vanity area.

*The lower level features a well equipped and spacious kitchen and eating area.

*The lower level offers a large living room area with a murphy/cabinet bed (queen-size) and a pull out sofa sleeper for additional sleeping accommodations (we also have a twin mattress that we keep in the closet which can be put down to allow for 6 spacious sleeping areas in the condo). The living room also has a flat-screen television and a fireplace for added comfort.

*The lower level features a true walkout that is inviting and bright and has a patio to lounge on.

*The lower level also houses a full-size washer and dryer.

The lower condo was just as the pictures showed. We had one bedroom with an additional pull out full bed and couch. Furniture was sufficient but very dated, the kitchen could use some upgrades, appliances and table. Overall the unit could use a deep clean, many bugs and the kitchen stove top doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in a very long time. Think this unit would be good for a group coming to get a lot of skiing in .

Enjoyed our stay at Boyne!
Great property in a beautiful environment…this unit was perfect for us and we hope to come back in the winter. Loved its proximity to Boyne Mountain Resort. Just know that going through VRBO does not give you full resort privileges. Our only complaint was that we had issues parking close to our unit breviary there was a large group near by who took up way too many parking places around their unit. Communication with our host was excellent and always prompt.

Good stay in Boyne
The host provided clear communication for check in and verified that normal amenities that weren’t listed (iron and ironing board) were available. They even put the items out for me before I arrived. Check in went seamlessly. Plenty of space for a single traveler and could accommodate four with the pull out bed. The kitchen was well supplied. Hot water was hot and the baseboard heaters took the chill off an abnormally cold summer weekend. Fun to see deer right outside the window in the morning. The walls had some scuffs from normal use and that’s the only thing I could see that wasn’t a 10 out of 10. Would stay here again and gladly recommend to others.

Perfect spot for easy access to Boyne!
I have been enjoying the beauty of Boyne Mountain for the last 30 years. This year, my son got intterested in skiing, so I knew I wanted to bring him here. Upon looking into rooms at the Clocktower, I realized that I could not only get a larger sleeping/living space by reserving a condo ane they were far more economical. I was so thankful when I found this condo. Not only was the owners helpful and informative with the rental. But the space itself was comfortable and clean. My favorite parts of the rental was the convenient shuttle or 7 min walk to the base/Clock Tower. We also thoroughly enjoyed the usefulness of the full kitchen and sleeping accommodations. We look forward to renting this condo in the future for our skiing needs! Thank you!

Another great stay!
This is the 3rd year in a row staying here and we’ll be back again!!! Convenient location with short walks to D8 lift or Boyneland. Property is well maintained and has everything one would need for a weekend or week long stay. Communication with owner is excellent! We’ve had questions before and during our stays and the response time and willingness to help resolve any issues is top-notch!

3 Day Ski Trip
The property manager is the owner of this condo, and she was very responsive and helpful. Check-in instructions were very clear, and everything was as-advertised. Kitchen is well-stocked with cooking essentials. If skiing, there is a slight uphill walk to the slopes, but nothing that was too terrible. We could ski all the way back to the condo each day as there was snow on the road (otherwise, you would have to walk the final bit). Very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Cute place and very responsive owner
Our last night a new group moved into the upstairs unit. They immediately started partying by the evening the music was blaring and the bass was booming. We sent the owner Jane a message and she was on top of it right away! It took her a bit to get the renter to answer but once she got through to them the noise stopped immediately! I don't know what she said them but we didn't hear a peep from them and slept peacefully all night. The owner can't help renters actions but she gets kudos for her quick response, thank you Jane!!!

Overall, we had a great experience. Things that could use updating: a bigger tv (currently only 1 in living room that is about 32") and a new mattress on the main bedroom bed ( I can sleep on almost anything, but the old spring mattress got the best of me!). Otherwise, shower had great pressure, but no shampoos or soaps were avail. It is nice to have coffee avail as well as a nice collection of games.
