Check-in was smooth. Very confusing to get up to my room, but more of a personal problem. Breakfast was lackluster. Great rooms with a lot of space. Clean for the most part and very friendly staff.

Place is falling apart
Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HotelsLook elsewhere.checked in around 9pm and both front desk people were on the phone and didn’t acknowledge me for 5 minutes. The elevator wasn’t working and my husband is on crutches. Carpet coming up in main areas, room career had stains and was peeling up. Bed was hard as a rock. Room smelled musty, was very small for 2 beds.

The staff was very friendly. Conveniently located just a few minutes from downtown Petoskey. Great price for the time of year we went. Rooms were clean, but could use a little updating.
