UpNorth Getaway almost in the Heart of the City

It is conveniently located and walking distance to the gaslight district and Petoskey’s finest shopping and dining. It is also just steps away from the breakwall, Bayfront Park and Little Traverse Wheelway.
The apartment boasts of a private porch with views of Little Traverse Bay. The unit consists of 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, and 1 bath with a tub shower combination, living room with a pull out sofa bed (double bed size with inflatable mattress), and dining area with seating for 4.
Features: Cable, central air, washer, dryer, paved 1 car paved driveway, BBQ and outdoor seating.

The rental unit is on the second level of the home requiring guests to climb stairs. The host lives full time on the first level with a 4 year old delightful, fun loving lab/golden mix named Tessa.

There is a propane BBQ available ready to use. The propane tank is in place with a spare tank close by for your convenience.

The suite is cleaned and sanitized based on best practices provided by VRBO.

Karen’s guest suite was just perfect for our weekend stay! It was super clean and the kitchen was really well equipped. The sofa was comfy and the sleeper blow up in the sofa was awesome! Her place is in a nice, quiet location….quick walk into town.

Petosky visit

Karen shares her property providing a clean, comfortable and private apartment. A block away from a fantastic walkway along the lake. Petosky State Park is a short drive and has a beautiful walking beach. There is another nice trail along the river which is within walking distance from the apartment. Karen provided everything we needed for a perfect stay. We hope to return one day. So much to see in beautiful Michigan. Thank you, Karen

What I most enjoyed was the view from the deck. Beautiful. The location is very close to Bayfront Park and walking distance to downtown. The interior was very clean, comfy and well stocked. I would love to stay there again when I go back to Petoskey.

Best VRBO to Date

Of all the VRBOs we have stayed at (in several states), this one is the most like home as far as having all the things we need. It is very comfortable, and in great walking distance of the shops and restaurants downtown. The hostess is very pleasant and does a great job communicating. This is our second stay at this rental, and I daresay not the last.

What a view and great place

The initial view of the lake thrilled us. It was the perfect location for an easy walk to the beach, or into town, or an easy bike ride to the great Little Travers Wheelway. The living area was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Karen was a pleasure to work with and communicated promptly. We’ll be back.

It has a gorgeous view from the porch. Arrive during daylight to enjoy it. I didn't get a message from the owner with the combination to the door. We had a little trouble finding the property. It wasn't lighted up. A lighted sign with the name of the property would be helpful. My wife forgot Tylenol she needs to sleep, for knee pain. There was a first aid kit containing Tylenol. It saved the night!
