Lake view room has no lake view because they consider 3rd floor as a lake view but it’s not you have to get room in the 4th floor to see the lake and staff was very unhelpful with that

Hi Omar, I am very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your stay. Myself and our General Manager went to the unit that you stayed in and there is a view of the lake even while sitting down on the balcony chairs. If you were to stay again we would do our absolute best to make sure that you were on the 4th floor to hopefully make up for your recent stay as we unfortunately did not have another room to move you too. We appreciate your feedback and hope to see you again.

This was our first time visiting this property and we are already planning to come back. Beautiful view of the lake from our suite. The suite was very clean and accommodated all our needs. Restaurants and shopping were so close even my older mother enjoyed walking to breakfast and dinner. Loved this visit.

Great facility in a great area. Beautiful property. Shower was not the best. We enjoyed our stay.
