Could use some updates
The location itself is nice, the grounds are lush and the hotel is easily accessible from the road. However, what I expected for the price was something newer and better maintained. The rooms and the pool just seem like they have had no upgrades for a long time. A pleasant surprise, however, was the food. We ordered room service and had breakfast and we're happy with both. (Worth it to note that there was no table in the room to eat the room service food, but we made it work, and the food was good)

Hotel com boa estrutura, mt área verde bem cuidada, bom café da manhã e boa área de piscina. Os quartos deixam a desejar, são espaçosos porém sem móveis, nem prateleiras no banheiro tem. Além disso, parecem estar precisando de manutenção, vi mt mofo e ferrugem. Fora o quarto, tudo mt bom! Localização excelente tb, perto de tudo e de fácil acesso!

Quando solicitei um colchão extra fui informada que por conta do horário não teria mais disponibilidade.Dormindo assim eu meu esposo e minha filha de 16 anos na mesma cama.E na reserva fui muito clara.

O hotel precisa de uma boa melhoria.
O hotel é muito bonito. Porém a acomodação que ficamos deixou a desejar. Paredes do quarto com mofo, o banheiro bem velho, sem manutenção, com alguns itens enferrujados. O acesso ao quarto é bem dificultoso, principalmente a noite, por falta de iluminação. Para quem vai com criança pequena, é bem ruim. Quando chove então, aí piora mesmo, pois fica escorregadio. O café da manhã é bem básico, com poucas opções e não tinha reposição de louças, a gente tinha q ficar esperando muito tempo por um copo, ou prato. O que salvou, foi a cafeteira q faz um café expresso com grãos moídos na hora. O atendimento dos funcionários é nota 10. Sempre muito solícitos e prestativos. O menu do restaurante é bom e a comida muito saborosa, porém os preços são muito altos, não vale a pena. Melhor pedir um IFood, pois tem ótimos restaurantes quem entregam no hotel. E tivemos uma surpresa bem desagradável ao chegar no hotel, fomos informados que a área de brinquedos externos estava em manutenção e não poderia ser utilizada. Tivemos que levar nossa filha somente na área kids interna, que por sinal está muito mal cuidada, brinquedos bem deteriorados. Ou seja, o hotel precisa de uma boa melhoria em suas instalações.

EXPERIÊNCIA MUTO RUIM
Os funcionários são bem cordiais e educados, bom atendimento porém as instalações do hotel é muito ruim, tudo muito velho, sem manutenção. O primeiro quarto que ficamos estava com um cheiro sufocante de lenha, ficamos por 5 minutos, mudamos de quarto e foi o suficiente para termos que tomar banho e mudar de roupa, estávamos "fedendo". O o outro quarto estava com o ar condicionado todo arrebentado, a descarga não funcionava e tínhamos que abriri a caixa aclopada para dar descarga manual, e tudo muito sem manutenção. UMA PENA!!!
