Local muito agradável, com atendimento agradável e prestativo. Construção nova, quartos espaçosos, área externa cercada de natureza. café da manhã delicioso e farto. Lugar para descansar, meditar e contemplar as maravilhas da criação de Deus! Parabéns à família de empreendedores!

Excelente pousada

Foi uma excelente estadia. O hotel fica entre o Centro de Petrópolis e o Centro de Itaipava, que foi uma grande vantagem pois visitamos as duas regiões. Funcionários muito atenciosos, café da manhã excelente, com muitas opções, limpeza impecável. Recomendo a todos e voltaria a me hospedar.

Perfeita para uma pausa no agito do dia a dia

A experiência na Pousada Santa Bárbara foi incrível! Ao chegar, já é maravilhoso contemplar a área de jardim e o hall de entrada, bem decorado, aconchegante, com lustre e escada imponentes. Ao chegar no quarto e acessar a varanda, já senti a paz imediata, com o barulho dos pássaros e a vista diferenciada das montanhas. Quarto com chuveiro muito bom, espaçoso e limpo. A possibilidade de desfrutar o café no quarto foi um grande diferencial! Destaque para o atendimento de alto nível do Ramon, que foi de grande suporte para a ida ao Rock the Mountain. Recomendo com certeza a Pousada e espero retornar em breve.

Pousada incrível com jeito de lar

A pousada é incrível, com quartos super confortáveis, roupa de cama e banho novos e limpos, em meio à natureza. O ponto alto é o atendimento impecável, principalmente do Ramon e de sua família, que nos fizeram sentir em casa. Desde a primeira ligação até o nosso check out foi tudo perfeito. O chuveiro e as torneiras do banheiro contam com água quente, necessária para o clima frio de Petrópolis. Somente uma dica para melhorar, ainda mais, a piscina poderia ser aquecida, pois, apesar de muito bonita, fica difícil usufruí-la na temporada mais fria.
