Immaculately presented 2nd floor sunny apartment with direct beach access with entry-phone system, secure allocated free parking & gorgeous sea views to enjoy all year round!

Admiralty Court is perfect as a base for families, couples or friends seeking relaxing, walking and cycling holidays. Baby travel cot, changing mat & high chair available to use free of charge. So perfect for young families. Fast, unlimited fibre optic broadband & wifi included in the rental. The apartment is also ideal for short term rentals having plenty of storage and high speed internet. Telephone is available on request. Access to the apartment is by lift or stairs.

The bright, spacious living area with double patio doors, opens to the private balcony.
Gas central heating throughout with individual thermostats on each radiator.
The well equipped kitchen includes dining area to enjoy the views while you eat. The large main bedroom has a king size bed, double fitted wardrobe and en-suite. Second bedroom has two single beds, large fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. Main bathroom has a bath, wash basin and toilet.

Fold away beach chairs, umbrella & picnic table provided to take down to the beach for al-fresco dining. There is also a bike rack in our parking bay to store your bikes.

The prestigious Sovereign Harbour Marina offers plenty of shops, cafes, cinema, large supermarket and exquisite range of international cuisine. There is no need to use your car and stress about finding parking spaces as the bus stop is just top of our road with frequent service to Eastbourne town centre & train station, offering easy connections to Brighton, Hastings, direct train to Gatwick Airport, London and many other attractions. Golf Courses and sailing clubs within walking distance.

Nearby interesting places to visit are: Seven Sisters Country Park, Beachy Head, Cow Gap Shore, Fishing Mark and Birling Gap not to be missed! Brighton, Lewes and Hastings easily accessible by train or 30 minute drive. Pevensey Castle and Pevensey Bay (where William the Conqueror landed in 1066) is 5 min drive. The many attractions in Kent, including Hever Castle, Leeds Castle, Tunbridge Wells, Sissinghurst and the White Cliffs of Dover, are also worth a visit and great days out.

Fantastic apartment overlooking the sea
We had a fantastic week in this beautiful apartment. The check-in process was really easy and stress-free. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable. The view of the sea was uninterrupted and just gorgeous. Communication with Nina was great. Parking was convenient and secure. Thank you for the welcome gift - such a lovely touch. We'd love to come again!

A lovely apartment in a nice part of Soverign Harbour. Very peaceful and relaxing Beautiful outlook to the beach and sea. The apartment was immaculately clean. Nice bed linen and white towels. We were lucky with the weather which made our stay even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway
Lovely comfortable apartment with everything needed for a short or longer stay. The view of the sea from the living areas is a real bonus. Visiting in January it wasn't warm enough to sit on the small balcony but curling up warm and toasty on the sofa watching the sun rise made up for it. We didn't have much time to explore but the location is perfectly situated for trips to Eastbourne, Brighton, Hastings, South Downs etc. Just a 2 minute drive away is Sovereign Harbour, which has some good shops and restaurants and there is a great walk from there into Eastbourne along the coast, which takes about an hour. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Better The Second Time!
We stayed in this property in June and decided as it was so enjoyable, we would give it a second go, something we wouldn't normally do. As we entered through the door it felt like we were coming home. The view always take's our breathe away. The location is fabulous and the property faultless. The highest accolade we can give is that neither of us wanted to go home. The cherry on the cake is that Nina is so very helpful.

Brilliant location to enjoy the sea.
We loved our stay at Pevensey. Just sitting on a sofa and looking out to sea was just what we needed. Asda just around the corner and many restaurants just a short walk away. The kitchen, a beautifully appointed room , was the ideal spot to watch the sunrise, which we did most mornings. We will certainly be going there again.

A Room with a View
The apartment is to die for. Everything you could wish for and much more than you were hoping for. The apartment is clean and tidy and everything you need is supplied. The stand out feature is the view and the location of Sovereign Harbour with it's shops and restaurants. We would return in a heartbeat!!

Half Term short family break
Literally overlooking the beach and a short walk from the marina, this was a super base to spend a short break for half term with the family. The apartment itself was very smart with everything you needed for your stay. A short drive (10mins) into Eastbourne (pier / old town) and to Beachy Head / Seven Sisters with breath-taking scenery. Not too far (45mins) from Brighton & Hastings to explore along the coast. Nina was a super efficient, helpful host who gave us lots of suggestions of things to do.

My husband gave this VRBO the highest compliment...
"I could really live here" he said, and he is extraordinarily picky about where he would consider staying long term. Honestly, the listing didn't do this place justice - walking in was absolutely breathtaking with the view, and we were so comfortable from dining supplies, beds, bathrooms, and anything we could need. The only challenge was following all of the check out instructions with two very young children all by the requested 10am check out time, but we managed. We would jump at the chance to stay here again.
