The staff was amazing and the rooms and set up around the pool area were so inviting!

The welcome was great and Andy went an extra mile to make us feel comfortable. She even offered an extra room for free as there had been a mistake during booking. However, they need to improve on their breakfast setup especially when the place is full by making sure that they have enough food for all the guests an also offer variety. The lady who was cooking on the first day was very rude and not accommodative.
Overall though, we loved the place and wouldn't mind referring others there.
