Très bon séjour

Notre séjour a été confortable, après quelques discussions avec le check in et un supplément pour des chambres avec connecting door, le séjour était très correct, sans aucune responsabilité de l hotel, les annimations au environs de l hotel ainsi que les transports annoncés ne sont pas encore opérationnel. Lors du check in, les rafraîchissement offerts sont très appréciés ai si que les traditionnels tea/ cakes a 16h. Special merci au manager du restaurant ce matin pour sont accueil et sont support. Merci

Hotel is ok, the pool is not on the sunshine part. We could have an upgrade because we are gold member of Expedia but the refuse to upgrade even that is empty..they could promote the hotel by giving the upgrade.

아담한 수영장 및 직원들은 모두들 너무 친절하고 아침 조식은 괜찮아요 아쉬운 점이 있다면 편의 시설 부족과 레스토랑입니다 레스토랑 메뉴판에 외국인들을 위해 사진이 참조되었으면 그리고 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었다면 하는 아쉬움이 남네요

Schönes Hotel - nettes Person, kleine Schwächen

Das Hotel ist recht neu und hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Das Frühstück war super - nur leider um 7 früh ohne Sitzplatz, da alles überfüllt war. Wir hatten auch Mittag- und Abendessen mit bestellt - hier hat man quasi Menüs für jeweils 2 Peronen zur Auswahl - wir einigten und dann auf einzelessen von der Karte - statt der Menüs. Die Essen wie Pizza oder Nudeln waren ok - nur fehlte es etwas am Geschmack, hier musste man nachhelfen. Zimmer sehr gut - das Personal sehr nett - die Gegend befindet sich gerade im "Aufbau" - schlecht war, dass es zu wenig Liegen im Poolbereich und auch am Meer gab - hier sollte man bei so einem großen Hotel auch für mehr Liegemöglichkeiten sorgen.

Khách sạn k hút bụi nên chân đi sạn nhiều.đồ ăn sáng k ngon và ít món.bên novaworld đi qua các điểm chơi quá xa ( 3-4km ),nhà mình thuê xe đưa xuống nên bất tiện việc đi chuyển qua các điểm.mưa đi bộ tạt vào hẳn hành lang.k thấy nhân viên mang đồ lên phòng cho khách ( như những hotel 5 sao khác ).7/10
