Outstanding setting with very cordial owners. Perfect stay and very close to Parque wedding mansion and Media downtown shopping and restaurants.

It was back in the Ridley Creek State Park area of Media, PA. It is an older building that has been renovated. Each room has its own bathroom with shower. The breakfasts were delicious and individual to each guest. The owners are very personable, willing to talk and suggest places to see and visit. The B&B is fairly central to many Delaware County attractions and downtown Media where there is quite a bit of shopping and places to eat. I would recommend Alpenhof to anyone wanting a quiet location outside of town. If we are back in the Philly area again will definitely stay there.

Very nice surroundings. Excellent breakfasts. Friendly proprietors. Close to a beautiful state park and nature.

A MUST STAY!
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsAn amazing experience! Such a beautiful building, the decor is unmatched. Lots of communal rooms and places to gather. The owners are so incredibly sweet and helpful. They offer a delicious breakfast with options to choose from off a menu. Everything was so lovely and we cannot recommend them enough!

The building has a unique charm, and the owner was very friendly. The bed was soft and the proximity was great for a wedding in Newtown Square. Also, the neighborhood was very quiet.

I cannot say enough good things about this B&B. The grounds, the decor, the furnishings, the staff, THE BREAKFASTS -- everything is top-notch. If you love historic homes, you won't want to miss this one.
