Beautifully renovated 1,100 SqFt, bi-level 2 bedroom/ 2.5 bathroom brownstone private building! Comfortably sleeps 6 (1 queen sized bed, 1 full size bed, 1 pull out sofa) and there's plenty of space to spread out and relax. Backyard patio included. Beautifully appointed furniture and decor, located on a simply charming street. Unbeatable location - just a short walk to all attractions Philly has to offer. 10-12 minutes drive to downtown attractions. (Philadelphia Zoo, Temple University, Museums, Love sign, Rocky Statue, and more) It's a wonderful property for traveling business partners who want space, family getaways, and intimate group gatherings. WIFI available. Please note that the age limit is 21 and over and a form of id should be sent over after booking the property.
The space

Tall ceilings, exposed brick, large windows all contribute to the luxe feel of this unique space. The first floor is a large space for entertaining and gathering with an open floor plan including a fantastic kitchen, living room, and dining space. Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, one with an ensuite bath and another utilizes the hall bath.

Located in downtown Philadelphia (Old City). A short walk to all tourist attractions (Independence Hall/Liberty Bell), festivities, great restaurants, shopping, and whatever else you may need. If you'd prefer not to walk, the bus stop or a taxi/Uber is literally just outside your front door. This place is a delight.

Great stay!
Beautiful home. There is only street parking and the weekend we were there, we had to park on a different street. Wasn’t a big deal, we were able to unload our vehicle at the front door then park. Parking is limited. Host was very kind and helpful. Available when I reached out and responded promptly. Should we be in the area again, we would definitely stay here.

Great location, street parking was easy to find and check in was a breeze. Missing basic kitchen items like oven mitt, bowls, glasses, dish towels, etc.. Bathrooms only had soap. No shampoo or conditioner. I had a question on the heat and the owners responded promptly.

Nicely remodeled home
This was a nicely remodeled home and the pictures are accurate. The place is oddly missing some commodities such as key kitchen supplies (there were no pots and pans and only plastic disposable cups) and no places for clothing storage. But there was a small enclosed yard. Please note the location when reserving this place - it’s definitely not a trendy neighborhood.

Visit to Philly!
My husband and I stayed at Ericka and Gene’s property for two nights for a trip to see the Yankees/Phillies. The property was clean, well supplied and comfortable. Ericka and Gene were very helpful and responsive for any questions that we had. The property isn’t in the best neighborhood but we had no issues. Street parking was no issue. We would stay again. Heart and Soul
You can tell the owners put their heart and soul into this apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. We took my oldest grandson (15) to summer camp. The family was able to visit several museums, the Redding Market and get the famous Philly Cheesesteak Thank you ❤️

Completely awesome!
This property is what you see is what you get which was great! Communication with the host has been awesome and in a timely fashion they have been very nice and polite. They place was very nice and clean and very cozy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend! You would not be disappointed at all.

Quick visit
We had the pleasure of visiting Philadelphia for a school tour. Instead of booking a hotel I decided to search for a nice apartment or house that could accommodate 3 teenagers 2 adults and a small dog. The pictures and price per night was exactly what I was looking for. We arrived at the property late Friday night because of the traffic coming from South Carolina. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy and a little frightening. I thought we were lost. Once we found the address and went inside , everything outside did not matter. The property was very clean. Everything mention in the details for the property were available. We were very comfortable in the space. During the day we notice the street where we was staying was pretty quiet. The hosts were very quick in responding when I had questions before the trip. Checking in and out was a very smooth process. definitely will book this space again (when collge decisons are finalized)

Lovely home away from home
This place was exceptional. There was 4 of us and it was comfortable. The host was amazing. All of our needs were met timely. Very nice touch of a complimentary beverage. Honestly, my favorite part of Philadelphia was returning to the house.
