very helpful desk clerk at check in. Settled a slight problem that popped up. Our thanks to him. Very comfortable, good breakfast area, very clean and courteous help in breakfast area also.

Smelly room

My first room even though it was designated as non-smoking, was smoked in. The front desk person quickly switched my room. The issue was when front desk questioned housekeeping, they admitted that they knew the room was smoked in but still put it into service.

Gym only one machine worked Jacuzzi was broke alot of construction going on bugs in room outlet was open wires were loose was a mess of a place and number on room was missing how could you list this place only reason I stayed because my son had a commitment close bye.

Pool and close to stores and free parking .but hotel needs alot of work under construction every were and Jacuzzi was under construction not good.

It was and older hotel but clean. Not much noise heard. Beds were very comfortable.

I come to Bensalem to stay every summer for a few days to take my daughter to Sesame Place. We always enjoy our stay. The only one thing was when i checked in mind you it was already 12:15 am when we arrived. The gentleman at the front desk looked up my info, took my card to charge the deposit. After everything went through and approved, he stated it didnt go through and i had to re swipe. When i pulled it up in my bank account, i showed him that it did go through and it was definitely pending on my end. By means i had my 3 year old in my arms he let me go up to the room. Everything was good on my end but wasnt sure if that was just a glitch in the system or maybe the gentleman was new and just didnt know what he was doing. Other than that everyone and everything was wonderful! Thank you for making us feel right at home!!

I was given a room that had someone already in it, thank God the person had the lock on the door I could have walk in. My room had no desk chair, the sofa had a rip in it, the 2nd room I was given smell like cigarette smoke.
