Really no issues . Halls could use a good vacuuming . Men's room in lobby out of service . Liked carpet free room , nice change !

There was NOTHING to like about our stay and the UNIQUE part was how utterly bad it was.
At checkin the night manager was nowhere to be found. The only shining light was the shuttle bus driver. He stayed with us (for our safety I believe) and went to find the night manager.
The night manager finally stumbled from the back and appeared to be doing all he could to dissuade us from staying. He seemed more interested in getting back to his REM sleep.
This extended period in the lobby allowed me to become aware of distinct odors. HINT: “clean and fresh” never came to mind. What DID come to mind was “death warmed over”.
I was told this location was recently renovated. Money worst spent.
If you do not want to spend the money to demolish this location then I WOULD suggest this slight modification to your sign:
un COMFORT able INN PHILADELPHIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT WEST.
