The location was convenient for our stay, clean and comfortable. The website could use a little updating. It was not easy to navigate the available amenities. For example, there is a spa on site but no way to view the offerings with the exception of the bare listing. There is a breakfast room but it is not complimentary. Fresh coffee in the morning would be nice. Bottled water in the room would also have been appreciated. For the cost, these small amenities should be included.

Your experience with all of the wedding parties and housekeeper chatter is below our standard.Unfortunately, we do not put bottle waters in the room, and Courtyard hotels do not have complimentary coffee unfortunately is not a standard for Courtyards by Marriott.Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and I sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations. I have shared your feedback with the IT team to ensure the necessary guidelines are in place and reviewed to prevent this from occurring in the future.I hope you choose to stay with us again when your travels bring you back to the area.
