The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress felt sunken in on one side. The pillows were awful and housekeeping did not clean my room.

A solid hotel for less money, but the price is beginning to show in small ways. While I would stay again with all factors considered, I would at least hope some updates could be made to the rooms.

Over all we had a great stay. The location is great. Room was very nice and housekeeping was very friendly. The ice machines are on the 5 th floor and both broke mid stay and were never fixed which was annoying. The hotel has 22 floors so it seemed odd they only are at one location. Breakfast service was very poor the day we ate there…very slow and there seemed to be plenty of staff. They just didn’t seem to eager to work. Service in the bar was good though. I would stay there again.

It’s nice and modern for a downtown hotel, but trying to navigate to get to your room is a bit of a challenge
