Toutes les commodités dans la chambre sont un plus ( frigo micro onde...)
Hôtel un peu isolé ça peut être un avantage pour ceux qui recherchent le calme

Spacieux et tranquille

Par contre. Breakfast sommaire (jus de fruit payant au distributeur) a prendre dans la chambre

The hallways smell bad.
I had a king suite with kitchen area:
King size bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. Very thin blankets and when I called the front desk to request extra blankets I was told they didn’t have any and that I should turn the heat on.
No shower curtain! I called the front desk for one and they said housekeeping wasn’t there but they ‘would look for one’. They found one but I had to go get it. I requested it be brought to me and put up (at midnight after arriving from a long day of travel) and was told they couldn’t leave the front desk because they were working by themself. But yet, every single time I walked by that front desk there was no one there and a sign on the counter ‘be back soon’. I had to put that shower curtain up myself!
Check in was horrible. The woman at the front desk said I had to wait for you who to come back so he could check me in. She was too busy on her cell phone! When you who came back he was just rude. I requested 2 room keys and was told I was only allowed 1 room key. Huh?
I called and requested 2 boxes of extra tissues (my husband came down sick with fever and congestion) I was told I can only have 1.
No silverware, glasses, plates, pots n pans….NOTHING! Absolutely NOTHING!
I called about ice. NO ICE MACHINES ANYWHERE IN THIS HOTEL. I was told to fill the ice cube tray in the freezer and I’d have ice tomorrow. Or go buy some. Huh?
Breakfast was a joke!

Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThis was a horrible experience. First, checking in made me feel like a criminal. Have to sign releases, register my car at the front desk so it doesn’t get towed, AND had to pay a security deposit ON TOP OF paying my bill up front. Still haven’t received the reimbursement.
The hotel smelled weird and the lobby was so dirty. Get to my room, keycard barely works because the door is so stuck I still have to force it open before it relocks.
Zero accommodation for actual extended stay. Sheets were paper thin and the wifi didn’t work. (Mind you, I ended up calling the internet provider hotline they provided in the room and the provider told me that the hotel’s account was delinquent so they cut off service. So false advertising since I needed the wifi for work).
The bathroom was even worse. Sticky floors and mold in the shower. Did not feel actually clean at all. Chipped paint and shotty repairs. The shower curtain wouldn’t even stay straight since the pole was broken.
Luckily, most of my trip was spent OUTSIDE of this hotel. Affordable but at a big cost. Staffing is abysmal and the front desk was working under impossible conditions. Wish I could go back in time and book somewhere else. I would give zero stars if I could

This property has seen better days. It was dirty, run-down and seemed unsafe. Old packaged muffins for breakfast, stuff splashed on walls and pictures, old and tattered, water damage painted over and peeling. Kids couldnt stop sneezing. Yuck.

This hotel is really in need of renovations. From the outside, and from online photos, you really can’t tell how rundown it is. And the hallways have an unpleasant smell, like someone had been smoking and someone sprayed something to mask the smell.
It was nice to have a full size refrigerator, but no pots to cook on the cooktop.
The grab and go breakfast was just packs of instant oatmeal and a granola bar, with coffee. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Don’t stay long if you do.

When I got there I was also told had to park my girlfriend’s car in an empty lot since it’s only one car to a room. The room was not as clean as I hoped and the bathroom wasn’t very clean with water damage and the toilet paper roll just rolled out on the ground. Key stopped working after using it twice had to wait to get it reprogrammed they were kind enough about that. Otherwise my stay there was nothing but unpleasant. Also super noisy and smelled everyone’s cooking.
