I did not like anything. The room was old and the kitchenette was nasty. We had one towel in the room and no bedspread on the bed. I would think, by what I saw, the hotel is used as a place for homeless or illegal immigrants to be housed. The hotel needs a complete makeover.

Office staff were rude. Were not interested in helping us get online and didn't know how. Room was not available when we arrived at 6:15 pm. Disorganized, rude women at front desk. Halls smelled like old Chinese restaurant. Room was unclean, telephone was greasy. Toilet bowl was filthy and stained. Awful place...

Light switch in the room, bed was extremely uncomfortable, sheets were cheap, continental breakfast was terrible--taste and selection.
