Check in was a breeze. Room was on first floor but really clean with nice view outside. Great space. I’ll be staying here again. Definitely recommended.

Three times I went to the desk no one was there. I had to shout “hello to get someone to move from the desks in the back Climate didn’t read in Fahrenheit or Celsius and the desk said no one could fix it, and I was not offered a solution for the evening. I was leaving in the morning and that was when it could be fixed. So that did not help me. I was not offered an upgrade or another room.

My only suggestion is creamer and sugar for the coffee. Indeed, complimentary and covienient. However, more creamer and sugar could be made available.
