Cancelled our booking day of and rebooked it to someone else when the expedia payment didn't come through with no warning or reaching out. Then refused to refund and I had to spend two weeks trying to get their manager on the phone for a refund claim through expedia.
The hotel clerk was irritable and unhelpful with the cancelled booking situation.

We checked in at 4:00 and so did "everyone else". It was busy with only one attendant. She was not friendly at all. That is the only negative.

Very comfortable. It was great to actually have the room made up and fresh towels every day.
