Our first room smelled like chemicals. We changed to another room and it smelled musty.

1)Room was dirty. Holes in the walls, dust on the lamp bases and side tables. Air conditioner was intermittently noisy, keeping us up. Air conditioner filters were filthy. 2) Staff member attempted to enter our room at 8am. We were still in bed; thankfully, i had used the security bar on the door. 3) Hotel advertised a kiosk where there were snacks and drinks available. During our stay, it was empty and never refilled. 3) upon check-in we were asked if we required a handicap room. I replied no, yet was assigned a room with a handicap accessible shower. This was honestly the worst hotel experience i have ever had in my 50 years!

Not a typical Hampton Inn

Carpet in hallway swept but stained and torn, everything looks used up. Open wire in room.

The toilet bowl had feces droplets The staff was super nice I command the shuttle driver that came up to clean everything with a smile They apologized The property needs renovation The tub can’t anymore The carpets are heavily stained This is my hotel I want to see it looking better I love Hampton inn

For the price, I expected a much nicer experience. The staff was wonderful and friendly, but the building and rooms are dated and felt gross to be in. I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone, unfortunately.
