First of all the rooms especially on first floor are not clean and outdated. We had an issue with the fire alarm where maintenance came to the room 3 times. Our tv was also broken. We had to pack up and move rooms. The lady at the front desk in the evening was very nice but when I asked if they were discounting due to troubles in the AM, the girl at the front desk was not accommodating and thought the room change was enough. Overall not a good experience.

Easily accessible to King of Prussia Mall, local stores and luxury housing. Great parking. Very friendly staff.

There was no hot water and we were not able to take showers
Two queen beds for 4 people in that room has one perywith their head against the AC and were freezing all night

We found this property very convinient for the purpose of our stay. Walking distance to the King of Prussia Mall. Good restaurants atound the hotel. Staff at reception very nice and helpful. Free coffee and tea in the lobby and room. Will stay again.

When I booked the room it was one price and change with tax. When I checked in it was way more money. This review doesn’t allow me to put dollar amounts…I asked the difference and she said “I have no idea”
There were other hotels sooo much nicer but wasn’t trying to spend as much as I was charged. Not even close to the value for what it cost- With NO offer to make the charges right.
