All the staff were so friendly and nice. The front desk were quick to deal with inconsiderate guests and had security go to their room and called them etc. The buffet was very nice and tasted good. I like there’s security swipe in with key card on the front door and elevator so no one can come into the hotel who is not a guest. Housekeeping helped us and we’re so nice and quick on the phone because we left 2 pillows there. Honestly, the staff ( parking, cleaning, front desk, security) were the nicest I have some across ever.

I liked the friendly staff from the receptionist when I first arrived and everyone else that i encountered with during my stay. The place is very clean and quiet. They were under construction in some parts of the building but you couldn't even tell that's how quiet they work. breakfast was amazing all kinds of different varieties of food to choose from. I had a great time during my stay, I was well rested and I will definitely be staying here again. Loved it!!

Place was fine. Pillows quite soft. Street noise is pretty loud and the train/subway toots as it passes. Bring earplugs or ask at the front desk. Good breakfast.
