Overall, it is a nice jotel. They do take forever to hanswer the phone. The shower head didn have alot of pressure. The bathroom sink leaked u derneath. Didnt like that some of rhe sidewalk ento the buildingg was flat and another section had a curb. Made it confusing and easy to trip!!!

I’m still attempting to retrieve funds back to my credit card. I was charged more than double $2423.00 on my JetBlue card. Today is Thursday 4 days after my return and all I see is a refund of $250. I was in the area visiting Temple University with my son whom will be attending this fall and the stay was a nightmare. Friday morning a staff member telling me I have to check out because I only pain for 1- night, obviously I said that’s completely wrong I paid 3 nights in advance. I hard to the front desk speak to some lady there. And she also said I only paid $222 for one night. I showed her my receipt from Expedia on my phone the assistant manager comes out. Carla Staples says these mistakes happen Mr. So and so, I said that’s not me. I’m Mr. O., she checked the computer and the staff never updates the name of the room nor the account number. Carla asked for my credit card for ANOTHER $250 deposit. I didn’t think nothing of it being relieved the previous issue was resolved and I’ll have a place to stay when I return from Temple University. Well the Hotel charged my $250 several times and an additional $716, that I’m currently still trying to retrieve. This has been quite the experience. I’ve called Hilton Headquarters NO HELP, emailed and called Carla Staples no response. I NEED HELP ASAP!!
