THEY DIDN'T REFUND THE SECURITY DEPOSIT. I has been waiting for 25 days and they didn't respond any email. You don't see any person. You are asked to pay an incidental fee (by Venmo or Cash Ap) to get the access code on the entrance of the property. I checked the unit and I sent them immediately the maintenance problems in the apartment, but they didn't respond.
The day prior the check out, I received an email saying:
"As part of our checkout procedure, guests are required to write a review and provide us with a copy in order to promptly receive a refund of their incidental fee. Failure to do so may result in a delay in the refund process."
Maybe they think the guests are their employees, demanding a report. Of course I sent it, but no answer.
Some problems in the property:
no black out in a bedroom, a curtain is missing and another one is broken in the other bedroom, two curtains are broken in the kitchen and other one is broken in the bathroom, a bed is broken and it's supported by several pieces of wood, the sheets look worn and wrinkled;
walls, carpets, chairs, armchair and pillows are dirty and stained, a wooden table and stairs have been beaten, one smoke detector is missing, the baseboard is in bad condition in some areas, the reception in the low floor has no curtains, the sink in the bathroom doesn't drain well and the towel rail has not been correctly installed and it moves (it has been badly repaired with glue).
