Perfect stay
Publié le 24 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWas a little difficult finding entrance (little help from neighbor). Once inside it was perfect. Clean, cool, and had all we needed. Was very beautiful place just as described. Communication to host was flawless and fast response. Was short notice and didn’t blink an eye to set us up. Thank you.

Nice but not suitable for groups over 4.

My son did sleep on the couch but there were no extra blanket or pillows for him. Would not sleep a sixth person as listing indicates. Disappointingly not enough essentials for our 3 day stay - such as toilet paper. Getting in the property is tricky - multiple door knobs on two separate entrances - but felt secure once inside. Was great to walk to Temple University and overall safe location.

Hostess with the mostest

The place wasn’t fully cleaned as if she didn’t expect the place before she put it back on the market. She was very obnoxious like she didn’t really won’t our company I’m guessing cause we were a young crowd. We was micro managed by cameras she called and texted endlessly about noise when it wasn’t even loud. Me n my guess had a very uncomfortable experience she entered the rental while we were sleep for reasons unknown. She found that it was also a good time to also have repair done while I’m using the rental just ruining my stay there.

Wow this wasn’t true I was a great host to you but you had more guest than normal and quiet hours we’re at 11pm and you and your guest made noise until 4:30 am and I have other guest next to you complained

Beautiful Venue / Difficult Host
Publié le 18 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayI gave this place 2 stars. The inside is beautiful and is exactly how it’s pictured. However, the host is VERY obnoxious. The booking information states that events ARE allowed and a maximum guest count is 8. My guests and I were micromanaged the whole time. We were told we had more than 8 when we had exactly 8. I had to assist another guest getting in and I received a 1 am phone call asking me to open the door for guests not in my party. The following day i was asked for our shoes to be off when we came in because the people underneath of us said they heard footsteps until 2:30am. My guests were sleep by 1am. None of these rules are listed on the account. Other guests stays were prioritized over ours. Lastly, it sleeps 5 at max unless you bring your own blow up mattress.

You had 12 people as your guest I was ok with that but they made noise all night long partying you could here them outside my other guest underneath of them complained to me about the noise more than once they said so yes I was trying to accommodate everyone so I ask for you to take shoes off just to cut the noise they also broke the sink and no one said anything PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN YOU BOOK TO THIS GUEST THEY BREAK ALL THE RULES

Tranquil
Publié le 4 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayIt's like being in your own little, your so far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but getting through the city do easy from here. Its do well decoded with a neutral background and pops of color. And the rooftop is perfect for a long night under a warm sky. We could barely get out of the bed because they were so comfortable but we would absolutely do it all again.
