The staff were wonderful! Anything we needed was provided right away. Everyone was so efficient and pleasant while getting what we needed to make our trip a success!!

Honestly, I checked out a day early. Neither my sister or I could get into the shower. My sister the whole reason for this trip could not get into her bed and slept in a chair. Our AC was not working properly the TV was dark and hard to watch. My meal which was to their credit refunded to a gift card for a place I will never go back to... was burnt. My bed sheet was ripped. The flowers were pretty and the champagne and strawberries were in my room when I arrived. My nerves are shot. My sister's birthday was ruined. We came home at 8 am cause we could not take it anymore. To be honest, this is a venue and conference place not a place to get away from it all. My floor was dirty. my sheet had a huge rip in it and to be honest when we said wee were cheking out I was told I would be charged for all my indicidentals and the second day. Who would want to stay where you are so uncomfortable it was not funny?? Whom?? This is a place you go for a wedding. The pictures of the real room are nothing like what I saw online. Also room service is overpriced and terrible.

When I made res, I requested late check out. I was told it would not be a problem. At check in I was told I had to pay for an extra 1/2 day, which I did. When I returned from lunch and tried to enter my room, the key did not work. I had to get cleaning staff to let me in. Then I was called continually from desk asking me when I was checking out. And the hotel was not full and no was checking in on Sunday night. All very annoying. Also the complimentary breakfast was pathetic. I had to go to dining room to beg for plant based milk.

Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry to hear you had a disappointing stay. We will follow with our team to see what happened here. Typically, a Sunday or holiday breakfast is slightly different than our buffet breakfast available on the other days of the week, and plant based milk is not usually available unless it's requested.
