We were on this location for 2 night, 8/16- 8/18,the rooms seems fine and comfortable until the first night when I woke up to get some water and the kitchen counter was infestatedad with ants. The next morning I spoke with the front desk person and he sounded apologetic but not really truthful and said someone was going to check on that ,I said when the housekeeper comes make sure to let her know that I wasn't able to use the kitchen due to the amount of ants all over and needed a thorough cleaning. When I came back in the evening the room was exactly the same I left, the housekeeper never showed up and the ants were all there, I called the reception and a condescending lady said that housekeeping,is only every other day( wich I was never told), and that someone went to check the ants issue but since we were coming back for one more night they couldn't spray any bug spray, in other words I reserved a room 2 bedrooms and a kitchen but wasn't able to use it, the 2 staff worker were extremely standoffish," there's nothing we can "do attitude ,I would expect a bit more from a hotel who claims to be patterns with Marriott, needles to say I won't be going back there and don't recommend it for anyone, is unfortunately that hospitality services has been so downgraded these days that they hire unqualified people to work and pay really the minimum so people don't feel the need to give their best when it comes to do their job with the best of their abilities. Really sad..
