It was convenient to Wells Fargo Arena where we went to a show.

The employees ine countered when I first arrived and when I left were amazing! They were friendly, informative and personable. I was there for a concert and when I got back that night and took my parking ticket to the desk for validation, per the information provided, the receptionist was nasty, made it feel like I was bothering her. Just plain ignorant.

Room was spacious and spotless. The only downside to it was the mattress and pillows not being comfortable. The time to upgrade both has come.

Freindly & Exceptional Service

We were roadtripping from Toronto Canada and arrived around 10am, well before the check-in time. The lady at the desk, her name was Tamia, was exceptionally nice and was able to get us a room early so we could wined down for a bit, freshen up and explore the city. Everyone at the hotel was wonderful and our experience was exceptional. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Tamia especially was kind, understanding and helpful. She displayed excellent customer service.
