Long day, booked a room for 4 days, got hassled at the front desk, was charged 3 dollars more overall and the dude was just like, I didn’t change it. What do you want me to do? And then proceeded to give me crap over using a business card with my name on it. Or whatever. And if I’d had just paid in the app. Maybe would have saved 15 minutes of my wasted time at the desk at midnight. Would avoid at all costs. As the vending machines have been broken since thanksgiving of 2024, I’m writing this, 2/4/2025. Elevator works for now. But I wouldn’t ride on it. Skip this place at all costs.

The place is in serious need of an upgrade/ dirty, torn carpet in hallways, room carpets are worn, dirty, with many cigarette burn marks. Rooms have no microwaves.

This place was an utter mess and looked nothing like the pictures shown. Most of the room’s assets were worn, broken, or outdated. While I understand that you get what you pay for, the condition was disappointing. The hotel hallway reeked of smoke, despite the manager insisting it was a smoke-free facility during check-in. I won’t be booking here again. Perhaps the owners should consider investing in upgrades and renovations, as the building appears severely outdated.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Horrible smell of smoke and paper thin walls. Carpet was disgusting in the room and the toilet clogged constantly.

We checked in and right back out. It was disgusting! Door held open with plastic garbage bag, vending machine empty, elevator broken, dirty carpets, people live there, we turned on lights and they were flickering, roaches, man was standing in window with no shirt on, sign out front has nothing on it we had no idea what we were walking into. Disgusting and the creepiest experience in my life Oh and the ladder randomly hidden under the windows I can't even begin to explain the feeling when u walk in but it was the scariest thing

so it looks nothing like the photos online the elevator and vending machines were broken floor rooms were filthy and the only thing good about it was bed it was so dusty and it was a non smoking room and there was Marijuana and smoke smell our entire stay i have bad allergies to it and the staff didnt lookup or say hi to us staff very unfriendly experience the housekeeper was nice and gave us extra towels which the staff told me to get myself haha do not waste ur money booking here terrible experience
