I haven't had an experience like my stay with Sonder The Queen. It was easy to acess the building, my floor and my room, all using one code. No check in line. Just straight to my room to unpack and relax.

Terrible customer service and all the sheets in the room smelled bad and were dirty. The room also smelled. Spoke to customer service didn’t want to cooperate with anything to help me.

It's an unstaffed hotel, and when I tried to check in with the code provided, It didn't work. I spent an hour on the phone and waiting for a staff member to physically drive to the hotel since its unstaffed. After attempting 3 code they gave up an provided me a key fob. Once actually in the room, that night I discovered the AC didn't work. Since the building is unstaffed, a phone call is unlikely to fix the issue, so I sweat through the sheets all night. I guess I was luck since the sheets were so low quality, them being wet from sweat was actualy

The only thing was whoever was in the room on top of me was stomping and blasting music all night and all morning I did not get no sleep but other then that it was so comfortable and beautiful

The room was gorgeous both clean and new. My only issues with this location were parking, which they are up from about, only Street metered parking is available. My second issue was the neighborhood. A block off South Street was sketchy at night but great during the day. I enjoyed a quiet night's sleep the first night but heard cars revving their engines till 4am the next night.

This was a no contact property, as such there was no front desk nor anyone working at the hotel. In theory it is very nice however, two different times during my five day stay my code did not work either on the elevator or in the luggage room, which prompted me to have to contact Sonder via phone call or chat. When contacted they were very helpful however it would have been nice for my code to work in the first place, it was a spectacular property nonetheless and I do recommend this boutique Hotel
