Upon checking in, although I checked in late, I was able to get my mobile key and physical key. I went to where my room was, and unfortunately, the lock looked like it had been jammed, Jimmyed or broken. I didn’t notice until I tried to swipe my key the physical key and the mobile key and they both didn’t work and then I looked closer and I noticed that the lock was broken. I went downstairs stated my complaint he was like oh I can fix it. I immediately let him know. Sorry I do not want to sleep there. I do not feel safe and they were able to accommodate me, I ask for a later check out to receive 30 minutes which is fine however for breakfast I would’ve like some fruit, but there was no fruit besides one banana and I went down an hour before breakfast is over. The chain of Bonvoy doesn’t usually disappoint, but this one was a little upsetting
