Un doubletree sans surprise sur les prestations, qui sont très satisfaisantes pour le prix. Une mention spéciale au personnel qui a été adorable est plein de gentillesse. Merci !

L endroit et le cartier est incroyable. Il y avait un groupe de jeunes joueurs de hockey et nous aoeu aucun bruit dans la chambre

Hot water issues

Room was nice. Large TV and comfortable bed. It was a little noisy and a lot crowded due to a soccer tournament. The main critique is the water temperature. First night it took 15 minutes of running the shower to get any hot water (a maintenance person was there checking it out for us) and it did not maintain temperature consistently during a quick shower. Next day the water was warm enough to shower but never got very hot. We couldn’t change rooms due to the hotel being fullly booked.

My Stay Was Ok...

My stay could have been better. When i arrived, there were no two bed rooms available due to other customers switching rooms. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes past 630pm before i was called and advised I had a room. Then I visited Alloy at going on 8pm and ordsred a burger and ceasar salad. I waited well over an hour and when i got the burger, it was VERY salty. I'm pregnant so disputing wasn't an option I was just ready for my stay to be over.
