Great Hotel…staff was wonderful and room was clean and comfortable. Bed was great, would love to know what brand it was so I can purchase one!

Lots of amusing up to the minute technological gadgets, like a bathroom mirror that tells time and the temperature. Noisy blower going all the time, didn't seem related to the air conditioner, but maybe it was. But it is superbly located for Logan Square and all the wonderful museums, nice parks and gardens.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the air conditioner. We have efforts in place within the vents to aid in noise control and for future stays we can provide air plugs for a more comfortable sleep.
