The lady at the front desk was awful. Other than that great experience

Dear Camille, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize if our front desk agent’s behavior came across as rude. According to Pennsylvania law, it is required that service dogs remain with their owners at all times. Our agent was concerned when she noticed your service dog was not with you as you were leaving the hotel and was simply following regulations.We understand that her approach may not have come across as friendly as intended. We will review our communication practices to ensure that, even in unusual situations, we handle them in a way that better serves our guests.Thank you again for your understanding.

I am extremely satisfied & impressed with The Maj. The staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms and other accommodations were on point!!! Special shoutout to Maria, Nicollete, & Chelle at the front desk! I highly recommend The Maj and am looking forward to my next trip to Philly!

Great stay! The price was very reasonable and the hotel is easy walking distance to the Barnes, the Rodin Museum, the Philadelphia Art Museum, and the Franklin Institute. Would highly recommend. Plus I found free parking very close but I was lucky on this.
